Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The Associate Network System Administrator is responsible for administering, monitoring, and supporting the Windows operating systems and variety of hardware platforms. As a member of Panda team, this position will ensure high standards for system uptime and availability, establishing documentation, standards, best practices, procedures, processes, and guidelines.

Responsible for the installation, configuration, ongoing monitoring, and administration of Windows Server Operating System 2008-2019 and its related software.
Performs daily system support, monitor, verify availability of applications according to requirements.
Troubleshoots Windows Server performance issues and reviews server logs for root cause analysis with recommended solutions. Resolves escalated Windows and server applications incident tickets, serving as part of the after-hours support on a rotating basis.
Manages users account/access control including VPN and multifactor authentication.
Provisions/deprovisions user accounts, mailbox creation in Office 365, distribution groups, and assigns access rights.
Assist with server patching, including hot fixes, according to the MS patch monthly release cycle and company guidelines.
Collaborate and contribute with other Infrastructure team members to ensure optimal operations of all systems
Performs problem-solving tasks when alerted by user or monitoring system in a timely manner.
Installs and builds servers per request from different teams, configure hardware, peripherals.
Assists in monitoring system backup operations, troubleshoots, and resolves backup issue to ensure data integrity and failover procedures.
Documents and maintains the accuracy of standard operating procedures.
Log all support-related tasks in the Company ticketing system.
- Bachelor Science in Computer Science, MIS or related degree.
- Minimum of two years of system administration related experience
- Understanding of network in the LAN/WAN environment
- Must have the ability to multi-task and assist others to troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues.
- Ability to work well in team and individually.
