Job description: Business Planning Process Team is a major part of some of the biggest Demand Forecast and Revenue Forecast Digital Transformation programs happening at Intel. This process analyst position will have Corporate Planning Group -CPG- ownership and responsibilities for several areas covered by the team including master data, and demand. Focus areas initially will be with the Demand Forecast program to help land an optimized process in our new Master Data into SAP IBP, but will eventually extend into other domains on the team. The Demand Forecast Program will help Intel deliver a single and accurate demand, critical to our Supply process.
– Immediate responsibilities will include mapping existing processes to the to-be processes, ensuring data mapping as the process moves to enterprise master data, UAT support and getting to an MVP release this year.
– The candidate will also be responsible ensure data mapping between several systems including Geo DSS, BRD DSS and Profisee as Demand moves into IBP. Analysis on other programs as needed.
– The successful candidate will be proficient in data analysis, reporting, process definition, process re-engineering, execution, and documentation.
– Candidate will work across multi-functional areas to support future state capabilities and be expected to use judgment and critical analysis to develop and present recommendations.
– This analyst will own a mix of Roles and Responsibilities to aid in collection/mapping of future state project requirements and processes.

Responsibilities will include:
– Willingness to assess legacy system data, recommend and map to new system to accommodate new/changed processes and workflows.
– Development of policies to govern the behavior within the processes in concert with Legal, Audit, Finance, and Accounting.
– Ownership of any necessary Systems Business Requirements to be relayed to IT partners including the appropriate prioritization of those requirements.
– Collaboration with and coordination of Regional Partners executing the Process, Finance, Ops, Business Units, IT, and Legal.
– Maintain positive relationships with various stakeholder groups, with a focus on excellent and transparent communication.
– Interface with business SMEs and align across other business process analysts in the local team.
– Proactively seek opportunities for business process standardization, compliance, and efficiencies.

A successful candidate will have:
– Direct experience with the Demand Forecasting process for complex products with understanding of the various nuances of Demand Flows, and enterprise systems highly preferred.
– Demonstrated skills in presenting to and proposing direction to management.
– Experience with Process and Policy formation, standardization and documentation.
– Solid teamwork and communication skills with willingness to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
– Familiarity with multiple/all Intel BUs, business channels, and consumption data a plus.
– Complex Excel experience.
– Aptitude to learn related systems and functions: SAP, Master data, downstream programs, forecasting, demand.
– Become an expert on local data and process to manage in partnership with the Master Data team

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelor of Science degree or a Bachelor of Arts degree
– 2 years of experience in delivering for large projects through common development lifecycle methodologies
– 3 years of experience in one or more of the below:
– Working with various stakeholders to align to a standardized set of requirements
– Requirements gathering and working with stakeholders to prioritize based on business value
– Demonstrated skills in driving processes and solving problems across multiple business groups/functional areas.
– Experience with reporting and analysis applications to pull/analyze data to support program decisions and develop requirements.
– Knowledge of data dictionaries/schemas and demonstrated ability to ramp on data structures.
– Planning and Facilitating User Acceptance Testing
– Documenting and Training users on business processes
– Background in Demand Forecasting or similar processes is preferred Inside this Business Group

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
