Daily Job Functions:

Direct and supervise all subcontractors, laborers, suppliers

Understand and execute on provided project blueprints

Responsible for maintaining project schedule

Coordinate construction activities in a safe and proper sequence.

Handle weekly safety inspections

Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and enforce subcontractor compliance.

Work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communications.

Monitor and report construction activities in Procore

Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.

Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.

Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing.

Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.

Skills & Abilities

Education –

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or technical school): Preferred

Bilingual –

English / Spanish: Preferred

Experience –

3+ years of field experience: Required

Computer Skills –

MS Office Software Applications: Required

Procore: Preferred

Banking / Retail, Industrial, Interiors

Job Status: Full Time

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports To: President
