Founded in 2010, Circuit Board Medics (CBM) has cemented its place in the remanufacturing world through high quality work and stellar customer service. CBM specializes in repairing and rebuilding circuitry in automotive and appliance modules. By repairing these components, CBM offers customers an alternative to high cost replacement parts and a timely solution for malfunctioning ovens, refrigerators, cars, trucks and more.

Job Description

Our Customer Support Agents receive inbound calls (no cold-calls). We assist customers with product identification, ordering and trouble-shooting. Each agent handles calls from beginning to end avoiding escalation. We treat customers with respect and professionalism while pursuing the best solution for their issues. We handle confidential customer information securely and resolve difficulties with patience and kindness.

Career Path

This entry level position is the first step in a path of growth and advancement at Circuit Board Medics. New customer support agents start training on day one and are contributing after only two weeks. This role gives new employees a chance to acquire knowledge and skills that can lead to more advanced positions including level 2 inside sales and technical support.

Circuit Board Medics was founded on, and continues to maintain, a 1-Day Turnaround for standard repairs. This nurtures a fast-paced environment that requires a strong sense of urgency. The typical workday is on-site 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM depending on the shift.
