The Food Co-op. Port Townsend Washington. A member of the Co-op’s leadership team, this hands-on management position reports directly to the General Manager. Full-time, competitive salary, excellent benefits. Wage: $51,801 – $77,701 DOE. Closes 3/14/2021
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent direct experience in Human Resource. Requires intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel.
Experience: Demonstrated understanding and experience in administration of employment law, human resources processes and practices in a rapidly changing environment required. Human Resources experience required with 5 years of supervisory/management experience strongly preferred. Human Resources certification, preferred. Retail operations experience, preferred. Retail grocery and/or Co-operative business model experience helpful.
