Job description: The Business Partner will report to the Senior HR Business Partner and support initiatives for Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS)
A strong candidate will be a flexible, detail-oriented team player with a broad skill base and an enthusiastic approach. This role requires a high level of communication expertise and an outstanding familiarity with common workplace tools. This individual will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration of HR programs policies and programs on various topics, including but not limited to performance management, talent review, recognition, employee relations and sales incentive.

What You’ll Do
Support implementation of key HR programs such as succession planning, performance management , employee relations and compensation programs
Consult with management providing HR guidance when appropriate, under supervision of a Senior HR Business Partner
Regularly support/enhance the development of visual presentations (usually via Google Slides) and supporting data
Support HR Business Partners in following-up and maintaining prospect engagement and project management of critical HR initiatives
Perform and present research and analysis as necessary
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5 years of HR Generalist experience in a corporate environment
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Demonstrated expertise in project management; human resources project management experience a plus
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to comfortably communicate with senior leadership and client personnel
