SWDS, an Acrisure agency partner, has a current need for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator. This is an hourly nonexempt position reporting directly to the Human Resources Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Support the recruitment and hiring process with our management team.
  • Performs our onboarding for all new hires and maintains personnel records.
  • Administers our benefits, leaves, workers compensation reporting.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulation pertaining to employment.
  • Assists with our semi-monthly payroll for 300+ employees

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
  • 2+ years’ experience as a HR Generalist, required
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Strong skills in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Experience in HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom)
  • Strong understanding of HR employment related and payroll laws
