Job description: PGA TOUR Superstore is looking for an experienced eCommerce operations manager to continue to drive growth in this channel. This individual will be a key member of the digital team, overseeing the product roadmap for our site and all operations related to eCommerce. You will also work with 3rd party providers, as well as internal teams, to deliver continuous improvement of the end-to-end consumer experience across our digital channels.

The operations manager will integrate goals and objectives to enhance and increase our omni channel business and consistently seek new and innovative methods to improves processes within the department and company.


Strong business acumen: the ability to approach complex business problems in a structured way and drive insights that result in actions

Keen attention to detail and highly organized within a fast paced, dynamic environment

Strong people leadership skills, including a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong understanding of all aspects of a large online retailer, including store operations, infrastructure, client relations, marketing, promotion, fulfillment, and customer service

Skills commensurate with a bachelor’s degree or higher and 5+ years of professional experience in eCommerce, product and operations strongly preferred

Job Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce channel to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, adherence to standard operating procedures, and high-efficiency completion of tasks

Drive fulfillment best practices and manage DTC fulfillment order expectations and performance

Manage Drop Ship partner operations, ranging from new vendor onboarding to order exception management

Enhance and monitor KPI’s to evaluate internal & drop ship vendor performance to business and customer goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver improved processes and site enhancements that are both efficient and cost-effective

Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing information and evaluating results to optimize customer service and satisfaction

Collaborate with IT department on current system functionality as well as system improvements

Primary liaison with parcel carriers to evaluate shipping performance and costs

Manage a wide range of eCommerce and Omnichannel capabilities, new integrations, etc.
