Our team is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and scheduling support to our North America Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist in the coordination of interviews for both internal and external candidates ranging at all levels of management within Chubb. This includes arranging phone, in person and video conference interviews in a reasonable timeframe to help expedite the interview process. Please note: This is a contract opportunity scheduled currently for three (3) months with potential to be extended or considered for future opportunities with Chubb’s Talent Acquisition team. Philadelphia, PA and Whitehouse Station, NJ are listed as the ideal location, however, we are open to considering candidates in additional locations primarily in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

The successful candidate will be a solution-oriented critical thinker who is responsive, can manage a high volume of requests in an organized manner and provide excellent customer service to all individuals involved in the interview process. This individual must be able to work in a fast paced and high demand environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide high-level administrative support with the primary responsibility of scheduling interviews for high volume regional Talent Acquisition associates

Scheduling of variety of interviews, in person, telephonic and video conference via WebEx * Coordination of multiple calendars including international scheduling and management of time zones

  • Handle candidate communication throughout the interview process in a professional manner, ensuring the correct information is communicated
  • Ensuring recruiters are aware of current scheduling status for requests and escalating issues with contact or coordination in a timely manner
  • Updating records through the ATS system
  • Assisting with travel coordination and expense reimbursement, as necessary

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support position with a preference towards experience and interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment supporting a large number of recruiters
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Previous experience with Microsoft applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
  • Previous experience with Concur (Time and Expense) is preferred

The Recruiting Coordinator will be working remotely from home during the assignment. Chubb issued laptop and mobile device will be provided. The contract position will require working through an identified 3rd party supplier of Chubb’s contingent labor program.
