The Senior B2B Marketing Manager is a technically savvy individual that has demonstrated experience with a variety of B2B marketing activities and tactics that contribute to revenue growth – preferable background in B2B financial or technology based industries, or SaaS.

This individual is master of marketing, a well rounded ‘B2B marketing generalist’ that will be responsible for managing all B2B marketing efforts to increase awareness and adoption of Xe’s cross border payment offerings.

The B2B Marketing Manager reports directly to VP Global Marketing, working closely with the Xe global corporate marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Developing the Xe marketing plan that seeks to achieve growth targets amongst key business target segments
  • Managing all marketing activities, assisting in content creation, managing website, lead automation and management, email, events, social media and reporting on the performance of these channels, using marketing metrics ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Budget planning and management of ROI performance
  • Contribute to visual, written & audio marketing content creation such as blogs, graphics, PowerPoints, eBooks, Product Sheets, landing pages, podcasts, platform-based videos, etc.
  • Develop and manage lead generation strategies including account-based marketing (ABM) tactics
  • Establish partner & media marketing opportunities to grow reach of marketing efforts
  • Manage event calendar and marketing pre, on & post event.
  • Manage agency and event relationships to gain maximum impact for marketing activities
  • Developing the communications guidelines, ensuring impactful, creative to stand out and make impact
  • This individual thrives in an independent work setting and has the ability to learn new processes & platforms.
  • Supporting the sales teams with adhoc marketing requests

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Ability to understand and market complex & technical B2B products and services
  • Passionate marketeer that has their finger on the pulse of new ways to engage and market to audiences
  • Ability to analyze a variety of data types and distill insights that lead to marketing stories, optimizations opportunities, and thought leadership
  • Experience with a variety of B2B marketing activities including B2B social media, B2B email marketing, and content creation
  • Ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing strategies to achieve specific KPIs, with excellent communication skills to share benchmarks and insights across the organization
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and processes from start to finish
  • Critical AND creative thinker with strong project management skills
  • Experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message to those groups
  • Preferred Qualifications: College degree educated, ideally in business and marketing or comparable work experience
  • Experience in marketing data, analytics, MarTech
  • Experience in the following platforms a plus; Pardot, salesforce, Google Ads, InDesign, WordPress

Preferred location is Irvine, California or open to remote for the right candidate

Expected salary: $150000 – 170000 per year
