About the Team

The Art Dept is a dynamic cross-functional team of talented, digital and print marketing designers and production artists. We work closely with our editorial counterparts to make our website, emails, digital, catalog and retail assets come alive. We also collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners in Ecomm, Development, Brand Marketing and Photo Studio to name a few! About the Role

The Sr. Digital Designer will design, organize and coordinate site assets, landing pages and graphics to meet brand creative standards and deadlines. In addition, the Sr. Digital Designer will strategize to design and produce creative enhancements to improve user experience and interaction throughout the customer journey.


  • Design site assets and email creative that meets business and customer needs
  • Design monthly/seasonal content pages and homepages
  • Conceptualize and craft solutions for new design campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Partner with copy, editorial, merchandising and marketing to implement approved messages
  • Manage and mentor the web designer
  • Manage the team’s workflow to meet business and creative deadlines
  • Review and give feedback on work from web designer and creative partners
  • Present work and receive creative feedback regularly
  • Work closely with site management and development to implement and QA updates
  • Special projects and initiatives as needed to keep the site design team on track


  • 3-5 years retail eCommerce experience or have worked with a similarly lifestyle-oriented brand
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work self-directed
  • Working knowledge of current site/digital design standards
  • Able to make timely decisions anticipate problems and provide creative solutions
  • Able to handle changing priorities
  • Four-year graphic arts degree is a plus
  • Extremely proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience working with developers
  • Sketch, InVision and other product design software experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform work onsite in the San Francisco office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
