Job description: Wholesale Beverage Distributor is currently hiring a temporary Office/File Clerk. The hours will be full time Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The project is expected to last at least 3 months. This position may become permanent.

There is opportunity for growth in this role or potential to be considered for other departments. The company provides paid training. This is a fast paced working environment. Business casual dress attire and friendly coworkers. The company is seeking someone who has basic accounting skills and is willing to commit to the entire length of this project.

The File Clerk is responsible for pulling invoices and shipping documents from drawers and boxes, scanning them, and filing the documents back. You must be comfortable using standard office equipment as well as performing basic data entry and clerical duties. Other tasks as assigned.

1+ year of professional office experience
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Reliable and trustworthy
Basic computer skills
