Job description: Job Description: Transportation Department Secretary. 12 month position. Position supports the students, families and staff of Mahomet-Seymour Schools in a positive and encouraging manner.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, any further education or experience in a related field is a plus. General bookkeeping skills. Ability to maintain electronic records and reports for transportation office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management, Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information, and a high degree of professionalism and initiative are necessary. Successful candidate will be reliable, resourceful, organized and detail-oriented. Prior experience in an administrative support role in a professional environment preferred.
